- Companies House Care — an ongoing subscription service (£19/month) covering Confirmation Statement filing, registered office address, and ongoing statutory compliance monitoring
- Company Secretarial — statutory filings, director appointments/resignations, share transfers, PSC register updates, change of company name, alteration of share capital, and other Companies House submissions
- Company Formation — incorporation of limited companies and related setup services
- Security Installation Industry — documentation, compliance packs, staff handbooks, and operational support for businesses in the security installation sector (CCTV, access control, fire alarms, gates & barriers)
- Business Support & Consultancy — business development, compliance document preparation, and advisory services
- Digital & Online Presence — website setup, hosting, domain registration, email setup, Microsoft 365 configuration
- Templates & Downloads — business document templates, policies, and downloadable resources
All services are provided based on the information supplied by you. You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Quotes, Pricing & Payments
- Prices for individual services are clearly shown on our website at www.jaylocks.com/services-pricing/
- One-off services can be purchased directly through our online shop, processed securely via Stripe
- The Companies House Care service is a recurring monthly subscription at £19/month, billed automatically each month until cancelled
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time in writing; the final billing period will not be refunded once commenced
- Bespoke or project-based quotes are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise
- Payment terms for invoiced work will be stated on the invoice; late payments may result in work being paused
- Unless otherwise agreed, all fees for completed work are non-refundable once work has commenced
- We do not store card details; all card payments are processed securely by Stripe
5. Cancellations & Termination
You may cancel services by providing written notice. Any work completed up to the cancellation date will remain payable. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- Payment terms are not met
- We are unable to continue due to lack of cooperation or information
- There is misuse of our services or breach of these terms
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide timely access to required systems, accounts, and information
- Ensure you have permission to grant us access to third-party platforms
- Review and approve work where required
- Ensure all information provided for Companies House filings and other statutory submissions is accurate and lawful
Delays caused by missing information or approvals may affect timelines. We accept no liability for errors in filings or submissions resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client.
7. Third-Party Services
Some services may involve third-party platforms (e.g. Companies House, HMRC, Microsoft, hosting providers, Stripe, domain registrars). We are not responsible for:
- Downtime or faults caused by third-party services
- Changes to third-party pricing or terms
- Delays caused by Companies House or government processing times
- Losses arising from third-party platform issues
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed:
- All content, documents, designs, and materials created by Jaylocks remain our intellectual property until full payment is received
- Once paid, you are granted a licence to use the materials for their intended purpose
- Purchased template downloads are for your business use only; you may not resell or redistribute them
9. Liability
We aim to provide services with reasonable care and skill. However:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
- We do not guarantee specific business outcomes
- Our total liability is limited to the value of the services provided
- We are not responsible for decisions made by Companies House, HMRC, the SIA, or other regulatory bodies
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or where liability cannot legally be excluded.
10. Data Protection
We handle personal data in accordance with UK data protection laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how data is collected and used.

12. Governing Law
